Hello and welcome to the Managing Your Research Project masterclass.
This short programme is not about any project management system but it's about how to manage your research project as a researcher.
For most of my career, I have been a lab-based researcher managing projects in Microbiology and Molecular Virology. In that time between being a PhD student and a senior lecturer I experienced managing projects at many different levels.
Here I want to share with you how you might manage your research project from the perspective of a researcher who wants to learn how to get things done with as little stress as possible.
