Describing the tasks needed to deliver the project successfully usually is the largest and most detailed part of any project description or grant application.
At a technical level, those tasks are specific and individual to your project. They have a natural timeline that will need to be monitored and managed throughout the duration of the project.
Occasionally tasks can be completed in an order which is different to the chronology that might be described in a paper or a thesis to take advantage of times when space or resource is available. Finding a visual way to view and organise tasks can be helpful.
