So what is focus? If I look at the dictionary definitions, it tells me that focus is to pay particular attention to something, that what is our focus becomes the centre of our interest or activity, or that to focus is to concentrate on something in particular, and if you look at the face of the woman on the screen, you can see from her gaze, that she's intently focused on whatever is on that computer screen. We can focus intentionally, making a choice or our focus can be “grabbed”by something not of our conscious choosing… Where is your focus?
